Monument

Creating the monument

Somewhere in november 2018, Victor took me to the place where our stone was, which was going to be used for our monument. We had to decide how big the plaque was going to be and thus had to measure the stone.
I was surprised by the size of it, which was donated by SPRL Roberty. After some discussion and measurements, I went back home and finished the design of the plaque and sent it to Frederic Winkin who would print it.

In december the stone was transported to it’s place by SPRL Roberty and brought into place, with help of a small crane of Francois Hubert.
On december 28th the plaque was detached to the stone and covered for the next day.
After weeks of preparations we were getting ready for the final moment.
